Couple Failed To Testify, Liable For Income Tax, 5th Circ. Told
The U.S. Tax Court properly found a Texas couple liable for roughly $5,400 in unpaid income tax because they had refused to testify or provide any evidence disputing their liability, the U.S. told the Fifth Circuit on Wednesday.
