9th Circ. Revives Couple's Research Tax Credit Dispute
A couple's dispute with the IRS over $830,000 in claimed research tax credits was erroneously dismissed by a lower court after it incorrectly concluded that the couple didn't exhaust the administrative remedies at their disposal, the Ninth Circuit said Thursday.
