The U.S. Tax Court did no wrong by sustaining a levy on a woman because the Internal Revenue Service acted correctly in not allocating tax credits to her on overpayments by her deceased ex-husband, the Ninth Circuit said Tuesday.

Woman Can Claim Ex-Husband's Tax Payments, 9th Circ. Told
A Nevada woman should be credited for around $1.4 million in tax payments made by her deceased ex-husband because he was liable for paying their taxes under their premarital agreement, she told the Ninth Circuit on Friday.
