Streaming Cos. Owe City For Resource Use, 7th Circ. Told
Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, YouTube and eight other video streaming services trespassed on the right of way of an Illinois city and owe it fees of up to 5% of their gross revenue in the state, a lawyer for the city told the Seventh Circuit on Tuesday.
