IRS Improperly Cut Land Deduction By $1M, Seafood Co. Says
The IRS improperly reduced a Louisiana shrimp and seafood company's $1.6 million charitable contributions deduction by more than $1 million by using inaccurate land surveys to lowball the value of its donation, the company said in a suit filed in federal court.
