An Arkansas federal judge on Wednesday certified a class of workers at two Butterball LLC turkey processing plants to bring claims that the company failed to compensate them for time spent donning and doffing protective gear in violation of state law.

A federal judge on Wednesday partially granted two dismissal motions in a don-doff labor action against Butterball LLC, tossing putative class representatives who are involved in a similar suit against the turkey processor along with several individual defendants.
