The liquidation trust for bankrupt megafirm Dewey & LeBoeuf told a New York bankruptcy judge on Monday that it had reached détente with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the New York County District Attorney over its proposal to destroy all Dewey records as part of a motion to close the Chapter 11 case.
