Calif. Judge Sides With 'Vendors' In Misclassification Row

A California federal judge granted a quick win Friday to a class of Field Asset Services Inc. vendors who say they are really employees and the company has misclassified them, a ruling that also included a rejection of the firm's request to decertify the class.
