    EEOC Defends Email Blast In Age Bias Probe

    The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Monday asked a federal court to nix Case New Holland Inc.'s lawsuit over a mass email the agency allegedly sent to the company's employees' business accounts in an attempt to drum up age bias claimants, saying the court lacks jurisdiction over the matter.

    EEOC Sent Mass Email To Solicit Age Bias Plaintiffs, Suit Says

    Case New Holland Inc. has sued the U.S. Equal Employment and Opportunity Commission for allegedly sending out emails to more than 1,000 of its employees' business accounts in an effort to drum up potential plaintiffs in a class action against the company.
