    Murray Energy Sues EPA Over Job Losses From Air Regs

    Coal giant Murray Energy Corp. sued the administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Monday in West Virginia federal court, claiming the agency has been derelict in its duty to evaluate the potential for job losses traceable to its Clean Air Act regulation and enforcement efforts.
