A New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday ordered the return to Delaware of fee litigation that a former Goldman Sachs programmer, who has twice beaten criminal charges over allegedly stolen computer code, is pursuing against the banking giant, agreeing that Goldman inappropriately removed the suit from Delaware state court.
