    Kentucky county clerk Kim Davis on Tuesday asked the Sixth Circuit to dismiss her appeal of an injunction requiring her to issue marriage licenses — despite her pleas that issuing licenses to same-sex couples violated her religious freedom — stating a new law solved her dilemma by removing clerks' names from licenses.
