    Feds Call Doc's Immunity Bid In $600M Fraud Suit Baseless

    A clinical psychologist was never offered immunity for testifying before a grand jury about a $600 million Social Security fraud scheme, nor was his indictment tactically delayed in the hopes his patients would die, the U.S. Department of Justice said Monday in urging a Kentucky federal court to uphold the charges.
