    Fund Manager Asks 2nd Circ. To Revive Bloomberg Libel Suit

    A former hedge fund manager asked the Second Circuit on Monday to reverse a district court judge that dismissed his defamation suit against Palladyne International Asset Management BV and Bloomberg LP, saying his right to petition was violated and that the judge erred in calling a libelous statement nonactionable opinion.
