    Vox Media asked a D.C. federal judge Monday to partially dismiss a proposed class action brought by site managers accusing the online media company of failing to pay minimum wage and overtime pay during peak sporting times, saying none of the alleged violations was shown to be willful and thus the typical two-year statute of limitations wipes out some of the claims.
