    10th Circ. Orders Okla. College To Reinstate Trans Professor

    Southeastern Oklahoma State University must reinstate a transgender former professor who a jury found was illegally fired, the Tenth Circuit held Monday, saying any lingering hostility between the parties is not nearly enough to keep her from returning.
