A Texas federal judge on Thursday granted AT&T a pretrial win on a former employee's lawsuit contending the telecom giant fired her for taking medical leave after a shoulder injury, ruling the evidence didn't support her allegations following the Fifth Circuit's decision to partially resuscitate her case.
