    An Illinois federal judge Thursday sent to arbitration claims that GrubHub Inc. avoided minimum wage and overtime pay for its drivers by misclassifying them as independent contractors, finding the drivers are not engaged in interstate commerce and therefore not exempt from the Federal Arbitration Act.
