Just Salad and a group of delivery drivers reached a $120,000 settlement to resolve their suit filed in New York federal court claiming the restaurant chain improperly applied a tip credit to workers' wages, causing them to earn less than the minimum wage.

A New York federal judge ruled that Just Salad's CEO is off the hook from a wage suit claiming the chain's workers suffered labor violations from illegal tip credits to withheld wages, saying the employees did not show he had any control over their employment.
