GlaxoSmithKline PLC has asked a Pennsylvania federal judge to send to arbitration claims by two consultants seeking to hold the company liable for allegedly duping them into investigating a whistleblower, which landed them in Chinese prison, arguing that their contract included a mandatory arbitration clause.
