DC Circ. OKs Combo Unit Of Alaska, Oregon Telecom Workers

The National Labor Relations Board properly allowed Oregon-based employees of a telecommunications company to join an existing bargaining unit for Alaska workers, the D.C. Circuit ruled Friday, saying a regional official did not blindside the company by deviating from the union's proposed unit.
