A federal judge tossed a lawsuit from a teacher who said the Minnesota Sex Offender Program refused to alter her work hours to accommodate her narcolepsy, saying the former employee failed to rebut the agency's argument that no classes were taught when she sought to work.

A federal judge on Tuesday rejected the Minnesota Department of Human Services' bid to sink a disability bias suit from a teacher who worked with sex offenders until she was allegedly forced to resign because of her narcolepsy.
