A former Reed Smith attorney and the firm have agreed to end a lawsuit that had accused the BigLaw firm of sidelining him while he recovered from a head injury and then firing him.

A former Reed Smith lawyer sued the BigLaw firm and two of its partners Wednesday in Manhattan federal court for unlawful termination and retaliation, claiming he was driven out after suffering from a debilitating concussion.
