    EEOC Gets Approval For Deals In Race, Sex Harassment Suits

    The EEOC on Monday received a New York federal judge's approval for a $420,000 settlement it struck with a construction company it accused of subjecting Black workers to explicitly racist harassment, and got a Florida judge to sign off on a $70,000 pact with restaurant chain Chipotle to end a sexual harassment suit.

    EEOC Sues Chipotle For Sexual Harassment In Tampa Store

    The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sued Chipotle Mexican Grill on Thursday, alleging the popular international chain violated federal anti-discrimination laws when management at a Tampa, Florida, location refused to stop repeated sexual harassment and assaults against an employee.
