Boeing and a former worker have resolved a disability bias suit claiming that the company fired the employee for requesting earlier shifts because of a sleep disorder, according to a filing in Washington federal court.

A federal judge narrowed but refused to dismiss a disability bias suit from a former Boeing worker who said he was placed on unpaid leave and fired after requesting earlier shifts due to a sleep disorder, saying a jury should decide if the unpaid leave was a fair accommodation.
