A judicial marshal boss who supervised sworn peace officers assigned to Connecticut state courthouses has issued blanket denials of wrongdoing in a now-retired employee's racial discrimination suit, saying there were legitimate reasons to punish the worker and that immunity otherwise covers her alleged conduct.
