A Maryland federal court ruled Monday that Green JobWorks LLC can't escape a lawsuit from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission claiming the construction staffing agency steered women away from physical work and into cleaning positions, finding the agency's allegations were strong enough to survive.
