						The U.S. Supreme Court refused Monday to take up a former Procter & Gamble worker's challenge to the Eleventh Circuit's dismissal of her sex discrimination suit despite her argument that the circuit court botched its analysis of whether bias factored into her firing.

						The Eleventh Circuit upheld Proctor & Gamble's defeat of a lawsuit brought by a former worker who claimed she was fired for complaining about gender bias, determining she hadn't rebutted the consumer goods giant's claim that it fired her for calling out a vendor on its employment practices.
