The Second Circuit refused Thursday to reinstate a former nurse's lawsuit accusing a Syracuse, New York, hospital of punishing and eventually forcing him out over false sexual harassment allegations, saying too much time passed between the alleged mistreatment and his complaint to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
