A worker has dropped a proposed class and collective action against Hamptons-based restaurant Muse @ The End, according to a Monday court filing, while retaining the option to reopen the claims in the future that the business withheld overtime premium pay from workers.

Montauk, New York-based restaurant Muse @ The End allegedly failed to pay workers proper overtime rates despite them working 80-hour weeks in the summer months, according to a proposed class and collective action filed in New York federal court.
