Boeing and the disabled ex-mechanic that accused it of discriminating against him and driving him to quit because of prejudicial behavior have reached a settlement to their dispute, the parties told a Missouri federal court Monday.

A federal judge refused to ground a disability bias suit from a former Boeing mechanic who said the company violated Missouri law by initiating an ethics investigation into him for not completing assigned tasks even though his supervisors knew his prosthetic leg was giving him trouble, saying a reasonable jury might side with him.
