    Shipbuilder, Staffing Co. Settle EEOC Sex Assault Suit

    Shipbuilder Huntington Ingalls Inc. and staffing agency NSC Technologies LLC agreed to shell out $350,000 to end a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission suit alleging a male superintendent inflicted rampant harassment and sexual assault on female workers, the EEOC said Tuesday.
