A wind turbine inspector on Friday pulled his proposed collective action alleging his employer withheld overtime pay from workers out of Iowa federal court, while leaving a door open to refile his suit later on.

A Midwestern energy company did not pay overtime wages to wind turbine inspectors despite the workers regularly being expected to work more than 40 hours per week, according to a proposed collective action filed in Iowa federal court Friday.
