Michigan State University didn't tread on three workers' rights when it told them to get vaccinated against COVID-19 even though they'd already had the virus, the Sixth Circuit ruled Thursday, upholding a federal judge's decision to throw out the workers' lawsuit.

A proposed class of current and former workers at Michigan State University asked the Sixth Circuit to bring back their suit challenging the constitutionality of the school's mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy, saying natural immunity from a prior COVID-19 infection is sufficient to skirt the requirement.
