    A worker pursuing a wage lawsuit against a janitorial services firm did not fulfill his obligations to arbitrate his dispute because he withdrew from the proceedings rather than pay a nearly $4,000 fee, the Second Circuit ruled Tuesday.

    The Second Circuit is hearing arguments Friday in a bid from a cleaning services company to reverse a district court's decision to lift a stay in proceedings for one workers' misclassification claims. The worker, Quincy Reeves, alleged Coverall North America misclassified him as an independent contractor and owed him wages under Connecticut law.
