A Seventh Circuit panel on Friday appeared to push back against a group of plaintiffs' efforts to keep avoiding sanctions over the filing of more than 20 allegedly frivolous wage lawsuits against a manufacturing company, pointing to stern language a lower court used in an opinion ending the suits.
