A Pennsylvania federal judge has refused to dismiss a whistleblower False Claims Act suit accusing CVS units of colluding with drugmakers to keep Medicare beneficiaries from accessing certain generic drugs, finding CVS hadn't made an "objectively reasonable" interpretation of Medicare law.
