    11th Circ. Says Fired Black Coach Must Arbitrate Bias Claims

    The Eleventh Circuit upheld Thursday an order sending a terminated Black fishing coach's race bias claims against a Georgia art school to arbitration, rejecting his argument the arbitration agreement's "loser pays" provision renders it unconscionable, since he didn't show he's likely to incur any costs or can't win his case.
