Certain underwriters at Lloyd's, London cannot recover funds spent covering a seaman's slip-and-fall injuries from an oil company, the Fifth Circuit ruled, noting the company's underlying agreement with its subcontractor, which employed the seaman, covered it for all losses "of every kind" from bodily injury.
