Restaurant chain Bojangles agreed to shell out $20,000 to resolve a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission suit alleging the company allowed a worker to be sexually harassed by her manager at a location in Greensboro, North Carolina, according to court papers filed Monday.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sued Bojangles in North Carolina federal court Wednesday, alleging the fast-food chain allowed a worker to be sexually harassed by her manager, then punished her for complaining about it.
