An East Asian man who worked for Sandia National Laboratories since 1991 urged the Ninth Circuit at a hearing Wednesday to revive allegations he was subjected to discrimination and retaliation after a Honeywell International Inc. subsidiary began managing the facility, saying a lower court wrongly found he hadn't shown evidence of bias.
