A Ninth Circuit judge on Tuesday appeared open to greenlighting a preliminary injunction sought by ex-city and county of San Francisco workers who claim the city failed to accommodate their religious belief that COVID-19 vaccines are derived from "murdered children," saying the trial judge's reasoning denying the injunction was "clearly wrong."
