A group of drivers told a Utah federal court Monday they've settled their suit accusing DHL and its direct courier services of not paying overtime, saying they reached a deal in conjunction with a related suit in another district court.

A last-mile delivery driver and other drivers for DHL were paid a fixed amount per day and did not receive the correct amount of overtime pay, the driver told a Utah federal court in a lawsuit against the company and one of its direct courier services.
