A $1.2 million settlement resolving contracted last-mile delivery drivers' suit against Amazon over unpaid overtime wages is reasonable, a Utah federal judge ruled Tuesday, partly granting a bid to approve the deal but slashing the attorney fees.

Amazon did not pay its contracted last-mile delivery drivers for overtime even though the drivers consistently worked more than 40 hours a week, a driver claimed in a proposed collective action brought in Utah federal court.
