    John Deere Says Worker Can't Show Bad Faith With Grievance

    John Deere asked an Illinois federal judge on Monday to toss a worker's allegations that the company wouldn't reinstate her and that a United Auto Workers local breached its duty to fairly represent her, saying the worker didn't raise evidence showing the union acted arbitrarily and in bad faith.
