Antioch University Fights Calif. Rule On Adjunct Classification
A university incorporated in Ohio facing a lawsuit over its alleged noncompliance with a California worker classification law has sued California's attorney general and several state labor officials in federal court, seeking a declaration that the law does not apply to the school's California campuses.
