The federal government is again urging the U.S. Supreme Court to vacate a Sixth Circuit ruling enjoining the U.S. Air Force from enforcing its since-lapsed COVID-19 vaccine mandate, calling the issue moot now that there are no armed services COVID-19 vaccine requirements remaining and asking the court to remand the case to lift the injunction.
