A Seventh Circuit panel has ordered an anonymous former Purdue student who sued the university when he was suspended after an investigation into accusations of sexual misconduct to explain why it shouldn't toss his appeal of a magistrate judge's refusal to recuse, saying Wednesday that it does not appear to be a final appealable judgment.
