Vineyards' Suit Against Monsanto, BASF Sent To State Court
Texas vineyard owners have won their bid to go ahead in state court with their lawsuit alleging that wine grape crops were damaged by a dicamba-tolerant cotton seed system sold by Bayer Crop Science LP, Monsanto Co. and BASF Corp.
