Kobre & Kim is keeping close contact with those working in its Tel Aviv office, said Steve Kobre, the firm's co-founder, in a statement Tuesday. The firm's presence in Israel includes two attorneys and four staffers, according to its website.
"We will continue to be in close contact with everyone to provide whatever assistance that they may need," Kobre said. "We remain committed to our people and will support them with any means necessary."
Hundreds have been killed and dozens taken hostage following Saturday's attack by militant group Hamas on Israel. The nation has since struck Gaza with airstrikes.
Sullivan & Worcester's 16 attorneys in its Tel Aviv office are continuing to work amidst the crisis, but remotely, the firm said in a statement on Saturday.
"With Israel now at war, our hearts, prayers, and support are with our Israeli colleagues, clients, and their families in Tel Aviv and beyond," the firm said in a statement.
All of Greenberg Traurig LLP's employees in Tel Aviv are accounted for and are working remotely, the firm said in a statement Tuesday.
"The health and well-being of our clients, lawyers and staff are of highest importance as we navigate uncertain times and pray and plan for a strong future," according to the firm's statement.
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP is maintaining regular contact with Adir Waldman, an attorney with the firm who works as managing director of its Israel Focus Group, according to a statement by the firm.
"We have been in close contact with Adir and his team, and Freshfields colleagues traveling in the region, and all are safely accounted for," the firm's statement said.
Other international law firms with a presence in Israel include Honigman LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP. Officials with those firms could not be reached for comment on Tuesday.
